Recently restored, the 50 m² apartment features a large open space with a kitchen and living area (with high wood-beamed ceiling), satellite TV, Internet WiFi, and a double sofa bed. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment boasts original and prestigious truss ceilings, parquet floors, air conditioning, a fan, and a cradle available on request. All rooms are very bright with several windows. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs.

The apartment is just around the corner from a Venetian supermarket, less than a 1-minute walk away, making food shopping easy. For fresh produce, visit the famous Rialto Market (no Sunday), which offers just-caught fish, fresh fruits, and vegetables near the Rialto Bridge. ### Tourist Tax
