Beautifully Restored, Super Location and very typical!

The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Venetian house in the historic centre of Venice between Campo San Tomà and Campo San Polo. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the local living people and shops and moreover with easy walking distance of Rialto Bridge, San Marco square and Gran Canal, famous churches as Church of Frari and San Rocco, at 50 meters from the house of Carlo Goldoni.
The flat is quite large, very comfortable and bright; the venetian decorations and the size of the rooms create the atmosphere of the city and enable you to relax and feel at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, kettle, toaster, an American coffee maker as well as the moka Italian coffee. The bathroom has the window and a spacious shower. In the apartment you will find the air-conditioner, a stereo, the hair-dryer, an iron, a TV and an efficient wifi network.
In the neighborhood there are many bars, restaurants-trattorie and a supermarket at 50 meters for you to choose without being in difficulties.
On your arrival you will know someone of the family to welcome you. At the end, we are used to let you find something to eat for the first welcome and a bottle of wine Prosecco for you to celebrate your first evening in Venice!
Your holiday will be really unforgetable, joyful and relaxing!

Carnival in Venice
My wife and I had a very enjoyable time in Venice during their 2025 Venice Carnival. The host had a representative, Nicoletta, greet us at the train station. She walked us a short distance to the apartment and pointed out various shops and restaurants that she recommended. The apartment is very clean and nicely located to most attractions. Communicating with the host, Andrea and Anne, was quick and easy. I would definitely come back again.

Stay in Venice
Enjoyed our stay in this little apartment. Anne is a friendly, professional host. She was most resourceful in helping us find the easiest way to get from Marco Polo Airport to Venice, she came and met us at the bus terminal and walked us to the apartment. Loved the convenient location of this place and it residential vibe. Lots of small shops, restaurants and bakeries just across the street. A small but very well stocked grocery store can be found less than 5 mins away which is an added bonus!

Great location and enjoyable stay!
The host was amazing, and the check in process was super easy! We all agree the location was amazing - a little outside away from the crowds, but still close to everything. The apartment was really nice and perfect for the time we spent.

Conveniently central
Very clear communication from Andrea and Anne - very responsive and friendly. The apartment is very central - we walked everywhere and explored all the areas easily. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in it with no problem.

A very large space overlooking the street it was well laid out. Not speaking Italian the check-in was a little challenging, but the owner made it work well if the street noise got to be a little bit much from the tours, walking by closing the windows made everything quiet, which was great.

3 nights in Venice, plenty for us. Nice sparse, clean apartment. There is an awkward recycling rule that may or may not be easy to accomplished. Interestingly, there doesn't seem to be any recycling on the streets of Venice but they have a very strict recycling policy for occupants.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, welche unseren Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis gestalteten. Bei den Sommer Temperaturen war die Klimanlage am Abend erfrischend. Super netter Kontakt zu Anne, der Vermieterin, die uns regelmäßig mit Infos versorgt hat. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing gem in an awesome neighborhood
I’ve never had a better airbnb/ Vrbo experience. From start to finish, amazing communication with host. Once we arrived in Venice, aall started off perfectly with our host, Anne, meeting us at the train station. She walked us to the unit and described the neighborhood and helped us get oriented. She explained everything we needed to know about our place and the neighborhood. She was available and responsive the entire time. The place itself was so cute and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is asan Polo, which is just about right in the middle of Venice. So easy to get around, with the vaporetto just a 5 minute walk. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Amazing location for a first-time visit in Venice
My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for a first-time visit to Venice and we are so glad we did! For starters, our host, Anne, met us at the train station and helped us find the place. She then went over some recommendations for the area and how some things operated around the city. This was all super helpful! Anne’s place was incredible. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also in a perfect location- only about 20 minute walk to Saint Marks square and a 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. There are also a ton of restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. Overall, we had an amazing trip and stay here in Venice. We will definitely be back and will try to book Anne’s place!!

An amazing apartment to explore Venice
We have just returned from a 3 night stay and this apartment was the perfect home from home in which to explore Venice. It was very clean and was super comfortable for us and our teenage son. We were close enough to walk easily to all the areas of Venice we wanted to visit but also in a quieter area away from the crowds. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby & Anne was very helpful in suggesting a few for us. The communication with Andrea initially and then Anne were really helpful and Anne was a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment & it was great to know she was on the end of the phone if we needed help. I would recommend staying at this apartment to anyone wanting to visit and would love to stay again if we ever visit Venice again.

Great Stay
Our host arranged to have Nicoletta meet us at the train station and walk us to the suite. She was wonderful and gave us great information on Venice and what to do and where to eat. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing flat with amazing host
This is a great property in a quieter neighborhood of San Polo. There’s a nice bar on the corner and EVERYTHING is within a 15 walk. The host is an excellent communicator and met us at Piazzale Roma to bring us to the flat.

Parfait pour un couple
Cet appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé, propre et confortable. L'accueil est très bien organisé et agréable. Seul petit défaut : l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite (fenêtres à simple vitrage), et, le voisinage étant un peu bruyant (l'appartement est situé sur un des itinéraires entre le Rialto et la gare, d'où un passage important), il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir tranquille.

Très bel appartement idéalement placé
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement. à 10 min à pied de la Piazza Roma et du Rialto, la quartier est très agréable, vivant et authentique sans être trop touristique. L'appartement est grand, bien rénové et décoré. Anne nous a accueilli directement piazza Roma et nous a accompagné à l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique pour ne pas se perdre dans les petites rues ! Bref nous recommandons chaleureusement :-) !

Perfect location to explore Venice, fantastic host
This was my first visit to Venice and Anne could not have been more helpful. She guided me to the apartment and offered a wealth of helpful suggestions on things to do and experience. The apartment itself was as described and very conveniently located for exploring on foot or by vaporetto. All services (restaurants, bars, convenience stores, public transport, laundry) are within a couple of minutes walk. My stay was in October and when required the heating and hot water was reliable. Mine was a working holiday and the wifi was more than adequate for video calls. One small note is that those with younger kids might want to be aware that the square outside the apartment stays busy into the night (i.e. after 10pm) and the noise bleeds into the apartment. This is a function of Venice itself and its small stone paved alleyways rather than the apartment so will be the same for any central apartment.

Un séjour inoubliable ... et bien logés !
Anna est gentillement venue nous chercher à la gare routière Piazza le Roma pour nous accompagner à son appartement. Tout a déjà été écrit, mais je le confirme, un appartement très bien aménagé, très bien situé et qui nous a donné le sentiment d'être Vénitiens le temps d'une semaine. Anna nous a aidés, je dirais même assistés, pour pouvoir faire les tests PCR pour le retour en France. Mais c'est d'un retour à Venise dont nous rêvons et c'est certain, ce sera chez Anna et Andrea ! Merci encore et portez vous bien.
