"I walked in and it looked clean. The shower as dirty and my daughter’s sheets had some stuff on it. The beds were comfy but the TV had barely any channels on it though. The clock didn’t work though. We didn’t eat the breakfast but we went to the Waffle House beside it. Maybe stay there again."

"This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. "

"Probably our best experience yet. Location, property, communication… Everything went perfect. That’s VERY much appreciated by a family with young children. Many thanks!! This is probably going to continue to be our go to place when we come back up to see family!"

"The property is just as it is shown online. The home was clean and comfortable for our family to gather in Amarillo for a family wedding. We had everything we needed with the exception of soap and shampoo. Those needed to be replenished but overall all was great. "

"This was the perfect stop on our way to Colorado! We picked up dinner on our way to the property, but the unit had everything we would have needed if we chose to cook there. We loved sitting outside around the firepit while enjoying the sunset. We were traveling with gear for a bicycle race, and it was wonderful to not have to unload everything at a hotel. We felt very safe at this beautiful and peaceful location! "

"This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. The rooms...

"Great house in Cul-de-sac. Nice one level was great for my elderly mother. Plenty of room, and BIG, comfortable beds! Quiet neighborhood, yet easy access to the interstate and Coulter. Many stores, places to eat, etc are just a few minutes away. Really loved our location. "
