"Cozy little place set on a quiet hill. Lightning bugs galore on June nights. Close to a number of cafes and restaurants in Apollo, Vandergrift and Leechburg. Was a convenient location for a wedding at a nearby farm venue. While it was a bit hot and muggy for June, the AC provided a nice respite. Remember if you’re coming from the city, this is in the country, so you may find yourself getting to know a few more bugs than usual. "This was such a perfect home to have a retreat for our church's Women's Ministry. The outdoor atmosphere is so relaxing and feels secluded without being too far from shops. The home was clean and so welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms so clean and updated, and the living areas provided a great space to gather for discussion and hang outs. We would love to book and stay again in the future. Absolutely book again for future trips if available. "

"Within the hustle of the big city this is a very private, quiet oasis. Yet the city, amenities, and the turnpike are easily accessible. "Beautiful home has classic details with modern conveniences. House and neighborhood were both top notch. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to the area. Very easy and quick drive to downtown. "

"The hosts Timothy and Lana were absolutely incredible and the sweetest people. They are very responsive and incredibly accommodating. The property is just as described. Peaceful with modern accommodations. Bed is super comfortable! "

"Easy check in! Shelly was wonderful to communicate with and thorough! We had a great stay! There were even some snack she left and coffee which came in handy! Definite recommend staying there!"

"Cutest room, loved the TV room with all the windows. Owner was super nice and the area was great. As a female staying alone, I highly recommend this place! I felt safe and comfortable! "

"We were visiting family and the place was big enough for the five of us. Very clean, very friendly people, and the AC stopped working and the owner and manager had someone come out first thing the next morning (it was late at night when it stopped). Seemed like a safe neighborhood. We will def stay again."

"Kathy was very responsive and Brian even came to install a window A/C when the bedroom was getting up to 94 degrees despite the other A/C unit. We had access to the Carnegie Mellon Natural History Museum and the Pittsburgh zoo within 20 minute drives. All wonderful places for our 4yo to visit. Being able to have our dog with us was also wonderful. We would definitely return!"
