Spectacular unit perfect for friends getaway
Enjoyed two nights, overall impressed w the quality and cleanliness of the unit. The outdoor space was large and we utilized both the hot tub and fire pit. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group of 3. Kitchen was we equipped. My only advice to future renters is to go to the unit first before you attempt to park, that detail was lost on us as we hadn’t read the fine print. It worked out fine once we figured that out but you save time and it will be a smoother check in.

Very Good - Pre-Cruise Stay
Enjoyed our 3-night stay – the condo worked very well for our group In June 2024. Very nice building, great condo, clean, no neighbour noise – slept well - very quiet and comfortable beds. I have to say that we were slightly disappointed in a few things such as the broken electric blind in the living room would not raise, the upper patio was not well-maintained and the patio furniture needs attention and caretaking. We did enjoy the fire table. Yes, there are homeless people in the area but no worse than our home city and did not feel unsafe in a group. Would have appreciated some beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub needed treatment – had a stench - luckily we had some hot tub owners in our group to treat it. We enjoyed the location – walked to Costco for refreshments, very close to grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, etc. Short walk to Gastown, local pubs and affordable Uber costs to Granville, Stanley Park, etc. Owner is very responsive and access to the building worked well for us. We all said we would stay again!

Family cruise
We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations that allowed us to enjoy some family exploration time in Vancouver prior to our Alaska cruise. Jee, our host, was very responsive to all of our needs and the home was clean and fully stocked. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, cultural sights, coffee shops, and conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back again soon!

Excellent location!
Super fun urban stay right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Place was comfortable and quiet, but right outside your door it was bustling. Place was clean and contemporary. My husband and teenage kids very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Good Location
We rented this apartment for three nights. The apartment was comfortable, however the pictures are much better than the actual apartment. The balcony and the roof top was amazing. Great views all around. The instructions to get in and find the parking were confusing. There was a $200 fine if anyone would follow us after we open the gate, which I thought was ridiculous. If somebody follows me, I can not get into a fight with people on my vacation, specially in a foreign country. Nobody followed us, but it was stressful every time we opened the gate because there are homeless people around the place. The property was really clean, the sheets, beds, etc.. Loved the fact we could do laundry. We drove for 14hrs from California so the check in could have been smoother. Descriptions were accurate, but the apartment was much older and beat up than the pictures. The owner thought we rented the place for two nights, so on the day before our check out, he walked into the apartment and gave my mother-in-law a heart attack. He did apologize and said that it was his mistake and he wanted to check on the spa. The location was great, walking distance to most places, there are grocery store, coffee shops, and lots of shops right next to the apartment. This was our first VRBO rental, we usually stay at Pacific Rim Fairmont, so it was a different expericene.

Great Property!
Well appointed. Everything we needed for 7 of us (wife and I and 5 adult kids/spouses). Great balcony and huge rooftop private patio. Hot tub was a hit. Firepits were used well. We would certainly go back! Thanks!

Great location and wonderful outdoor living space
What a great place to spend time with family and friends! Everything we needed was already at the condo from enough glasses & plates to aluminum foil and laundry soap. Fantastic location, close to anything and everything. My only concern was we felt there was too much clutter on the patios, such a beautiful space but needs a bit more TLC. Will totally look at rebooking this condo again!

Incredible condo
We were a group of 8 girls and this condo is absolutely STUNNING. Location is amazing, we were able to walk everywhere to all the things we were doing. Short walk to Gastown where there are tons of bars and restaurants, about a 30 min walk to Stanley Park which was great to explore the city a bit. Huge two-floor patio with an amazing view of the city with lights and tons of patio furniture and a fire table. Check in instructions were easy to follow and the place was spotless when we arrived. Having coffee pods available to us as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers was appreciated. We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

pictures are not totally accurate of the outside area in particular
The owner was not responsive at all. never answered a text. and didn't answer a question before the trip for 3 weeks. Although the pics are real, they are not totally accurate on the outside. the bedroom with the queen overlooks a pile of discarded "stuff" out of one window and the other window is the hot tub. There are 3 propane canisters on the patio- of course non in the pics. The outside debris was mentioned before in a post but i would have thought it would have been cleaned up. I would say disinterested and absent host. the neighborhood is not that great. would say that the unit itself is accurate on the inside, but the price for the debris on the balconies, the remote host and the neighborhood is very high.

Modern vibe good location.
We chose this property as we had planned to visits at multiple locations including a tour at Emily Carr University. Very easy access to all parts of the city on foot. Would recommend security guard on site to assist with the required security protocols and rules of this building. The young adults in our group loved the decor and vibe of this property.
