"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"This VRBO was extremely accommodating, a very cute rental, well outfitted and very friendly host's. It's a country atmosphere "quiet" with lovely views of the surrounding region. Just the right spot to relax during our many day trips exploring the surrounding sights. We spent a month in Italy and enjoyed the region around the "Cherry" so much we came back for a second week stay which we enjoy just as much as the first week. "

"The apartment was very pleasant with plenty of space. Lots of nice little unexpected extras especially in the kitchen. Andrea was very helpful, informative and easily accessible/responsive on whatsapp. The town of Tivoli is beautiful with plenty interesting things to see and do. Trains and buses to Rome are plentiful but unfortunately the trains were not running during my stay while essential maintenance was carried out. I would happily return to this area again. It was very relaxing. Thank you"

"Wir haben diese eine Woche sehr genossen. Wir hatten eine Hälfte des Hauses gemietet, aber das komplette Gelände für uns alleine, somit auch den Pool. Tatsächlich wird wohl entweder das komplette Haus vermietet oder nur eine Wohneinheit. So ist man immer ungestört und trifft nicht auf andere Gäste. "I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"
