"Excellent, clean, modern, technologically current property. It all appears new and first class. It has a beautiful electronic fireplace. The owner communicates quickly to questions. A wonderful place to stay. The only aspect I didn’t like was the requirement to get mandatory insurance. An unnecessary expense. I have never seen this before at a VRBO. It effectively raises the price of the rental to an excessive price. "
