"The house was immaculate, clean and safe. The house itself was located behind 2 wooden gates. Never did we not feel safe. We were worried about not having AC on the first floor but with the tropical breeze and all the fans running that worry disappeared. The place stayed cool our entire trip. The hosts were awesome. "We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. "The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!"

"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. "Nicely remote, very open house, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. No ice maker in the fridge but our escort to the house told us that so we bought ice. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat.
