The space
This modern ranch style home has undergone a transformation to ensure our guests have a beautiful, cozy, and relaxing experience.

The updated and fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to make a home cooked meal. Enjoy the coffee bar equipped with a multi-serve drip coffee maker, French press, and microwave. No need to bring your own coffee, we have provided coffee grounds, sugar, and tea bags for your enjoyment. Gather around the large island and prep your meals, or just hang out!

The kitchen flows into the first living room, providing you a cozy space to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Feel free to use our 55 inch 4K UHD flat screen television to watch a movie or tv show. The living room also features a “cloffice” for you to use if you ever need to get any work done during your stay.

The dining room provides ample space for your party to enjoy any meal. From the dining room, you may find yourself in the second living room. The natural light pours in through the windows and makes this room perfect for your morning cup of coffee, reading a good book, or playing one of the many board games provided.

The master bedroom, located at the opposite side of the house, comes with a cozy King-sized bed and a private bathroom. Take a load off in the step in shower fitted with luxurious glass doors, and a rainfall shower head.

The second bedroom is stocked with a queen sized bed, and lots of natural light. The third bedroom comes with a daybed with a trundle that both have twin sized mattresses. Pull out the trundle when you’re ready to hit the hay, and slide it back under when you want to play! The third bedroom also has a reading nook, as well as a foot stool. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. In the hallway adjoining the bedrooms is a second full bath, equipped with a bathtub and all of the toiletries you will need.

Feel free to enjoy the beautiful South Georgia breeze on the screened in back patio. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine under the twinkling lights in the hanging egg chairs, or the cushioned love seat. You may also feel free to get the kids’ energy out by running about the large backyard. Another beautiful hang out spot you may find yourself is the covered front porch. Enjoy the front porch swing and rocking chairs.

While the home is equipped to host 7 people, we think that the perfect group size is 4-6. We are more than happy to host all 7, just keep in mind it will be a bit cozier.
