The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. We were asked to delay our arrival atleast an hour later than the check-in time because the cleaner was running late only to find the apartment hadn't been cleaned anyway. "The town was great to visit! I arrived in the rain and getting into the condo was no piece of cake. Although the host warns about the key access issue, it us after the booking, so a bit frustrating:( The key would not open the 2nd floor door so i had to carry luggage in rain to get to first floor to access the 2nd gloor"

"Nice condo with a hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and they anticipate most all of your needs. We would not have stayed here had we known it was on the third floor as the stairs were very difficult for a disabled person. There is an elevator in the building, but no directions on how to find it, as it was not near the entrance we were directed to use. The hot tub was very nice though and was a requirement for our trip. "
