"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in Loreto Aprutino and in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is right in the old part of the town and has a beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace and the small balcony on the second floor. All facilities are in good condition, clean and well adjusted for the apartment. The only thing we would wish for is a small freezer as the freeze inside the refrigerator did not work very well. "Ontzettend fijn en ruim verblijf met een heerlijke grote tuin rondom. Het uitzicht en de rust/stilte zijn adembenemend mooi, de accommodatie is erg prettig, groot en netjes echt een weldaad om te verblijven. De airco’s zijn ruim voldoende in alle vertrekken aanwezig, fijne grote keuken etc. Het huis ligt te midden van (biologische)wijngaarden en olijfbomen wat een prettige natuurbeleving geeft. "

"We would highly recommend this villa. We were a large family group of 23 and the villa and cottage had everything we could have wanted. The grounds and pool are well maintained and the view from the villa is stunning. Citta’ Sant’Angelo is a delightful hilltop town only a short distance away by car but some of our party did walk to the town. Piero and Letizia were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome."

"If I could give this place and the owner 10 stars I would have! Not only was the apartment beautiful and spacious but was stoked better than any VRBO I've stayed in. The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner.
