Ideally situated in the heart of the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, along the Angevin corniche, our house welcomes you to a haven of peace and relaxation.

In a 5-hectare park with secure swimming pool, tennis court and fishing pond, you'll be able to make the most of your vacation. Just 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, voted the world's best theme park, and at the start of the route des châteaux de la Loire, you can also take advantage of the opportunity to discover this wonderful region and its cultural wealth.

Perfect for family vacations, where you can get together while still having enough space, our house will delight young and old alike!

We would like to point out to travelers that this accommodation is not suitable for large parties or late nights, in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwelling.

This 460m² home can accommodate up to 14 people and is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

-The heated and secure swimming pool is open from 2 June to 1 October 2024. The water temperature rises gradually depending on the weather, in line with CSR guidelines. Expect the water to be between 23 and 24 degrees during cooler periods.
