"Omgeving en natuur waren fantastisch en Francesca was zeer goede host. op vragen antwoordde ze snel en event issues werden snel opgelost. Huis was wel ver van bewoonde wereld, schoon, wel wat gedateerd en zwembad omgeving kan wat aandacht gebruiken."

"Das Haus liegt sehr weit oben in den Bergen. Hat man sich über die circa 20 Haarnadel-Kurven nach oben gearbeitet ist der Blick atemberaubend. Es war zu sehen, dass dort oben auch ein Bus fährt, den wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben. Kommt man mit dem Auto, ist ein wenig Nervenstärke gefragt. Die Einheimischen nehmen es mit dem Rechtsverfahren nicht so ganz genau, auch nicht in den Kurven. Die direkte Zufahrt zum Haus ist recht steil und geht über eine Schotterstraße. "First of all, the place is just a Tuscan dream. You wake up to the sound of the wind flowing through the mountains and a subtle sunlight that’s guarded by the mountains surrounding you. Second, the cottage is so connected to nature that it really gives you the chance to finally relax, eat, read a book or do whatever you need to recharge. Finally, Maria Luisa is such a sweet lady and she really gives you all the details (and space) you need to work around all the utilities. We highly recommend...

"A beautiful property in a charming location. But wantonly misrepresented. We of course knew it would be hot in August and were glad to find La Tegolaia had enough bedrooms to suit our needs and included "Deluxe amenities: newly installed air-conditioned bedrooms...". And that is true but for the notable EXCEPTION of the Master Bedroom on the third floor of what is referred to as "the tower". A lovely room to be sure, but the focus of all the hot air rising from the rest of the house in 95-100...

"Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht ganz so viel Glück. In dem Haus kann man gut entspannen da der Trubel der Welt aussen vor bleibt. Der Pool hat eine sensationelle Lage, ist zu jeder Zeit sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen und bei Problemen kam Hilfe aus dem Ort . Der Ort Londa ist ca. 8 km weg. Dort kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Zum größeren Lebensmittel Einkauf muss man nach Dicoamo fahren. Ca. 20 km vom Haus entfernt. Was in Londa fehlt ist ein gemütliches Café....

"I can't say enough good things about both the cottage and the hosts. Jane welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The views from our windows were gorgeous. We loved the cottage; in fact, we loved the entire property. She and her husband, Giampiero, recommended places to visit: local towns, restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato shops as well as a wonderful wine tour and tasting at the castle above the property, which Jane bookled for us. We're hikers and enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds...
