"First the owner announces this property as a cottage. It’s not a cottage. It’s a two bedroom apartment with a yard. She does not mention that there are 100 steps to reach the apartment and with kids that is difficult to go up and down 100 steps This property is not safe for kids and the furniture is old. My wife had an accident at the hammock where she had to go to the hospital with a broken nose because the bar of the hammock hit her nose. There are no bars around the deck to protect the kids...

"This chalet was everything we had hoped for. The place itself is large and clean and very comfortably fit our group of 14 - We could have easily fit 18. We saw some of the other reviews but found the place to be really well kept and loved the rustic charm of the older style furniture and wood panelling. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we could need to cook for such a big group. The pool table was nice and we adored all the fireplaces but nothing beats this hot...

"The property was a nice size and fit our extended family comfortably. However, the place was quite run down. The dishwasher broke (someone did come fairly quickly to repair), the bathrooms were not as clean as I would like, an alarm kept going off downstairs and the porch was old and some wood pieces broke. The lake access is only attainable by driving as is the pool. We would not go back or recommend."

"Our overall experience was great! We had a group of people who skied and some that did not. The trail right out back of the cottage was fantastic to hike along, very well groomed. "The property is beautiful, even in winter. Big windows that look out across the lake. Functional kitchen and hot tub. Comfortable temperature control. Bring your toboggans if you're brave, there's a great hill in the woods across the pond. In particular, I want to thank the host who answered a whole bunch of our pre-arrival questions with great patience. Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Harmony in July 2024. We were 6 adults with 8 kids ages 8-15. The cottage is very well designed with nice open area to hang out as a group. The ceilings are very high and even with temperatures of 30 degrees outside, we were not feeling too hot inside. The 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great.
