You'll have convenient access to shops and fine dining, with Vail Mountain just a 0.4-mile walk away. The bus stop is a quick 30-second walk from your door! As you settle in, here are some features designed to enhance your stay. The chalet has four spacious bedrooms, each designed for your comfort:

1. **Master Suite**: This luxurious suite includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a pull-out couch, direct access to the outdoor patio, a private office for work, and a washer/dryer in the closet. **See Floor plans in Photo section.**

2. **Guest Bedroom 1**: This cozy room features a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a private bathroom. **See Floor plans in Photo section.**

3. **Guest Bedroom 2**: This inviting room has a queen-size bed and access to a shared full bathroom. **See Floor plans in Photo section.**

4. **Bunk Room**: Ideal for families, this room includes a sturdy bunk bed (top twin, bottom full) and shares a full bathroom with Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3. **See Floor plans in Photo section.**

The chalet features baseboard heating and a gas fireplace for year-round coziness. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, while the game room provides entertainment for all ages. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit or relax in the inviting hot tub.

Convenience is a key feature, with public transportation just steps away from the chalet. Lionshead Village is an 8-minute walk, offering a range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

For those who may need to work while here, the Master Suite includes a private office and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Laundry is simple, with two full-size washers and dryers located on each level of the chalet. Parking is hassle-free in our heated driveway, which accommodates up to four standard-sized vehicles. Note that there is no garage parking for rental guests, but all patios and walkways are heated for year-round accessibility. This is a duplex, and Unit B is completely private from Unit A.

We welcome dogs at Wapo Chalet Vail, understanding that they are part of the family. You may bring up to two dogs under 50 lbs each, with a $250 deposit required as part of our pet policy, reimbursed if no damages occur.

To keep living areas clutter-free, we kindly ask that equipment and gear be stored outside the main living area. The exterior closet is equipped with ski racks for winter sports gear, and sleds and snowshoes are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

Our neighborhood is peaceful yet conveniently located. The bus stop is steps away, and the Sandstone Bus Route (purple) is easily accessible to take you on your Vail adventures.
