Vail International #109 is a 2BR/2BA alpine condo with views of Vail Mountain. The kitchen features granite countertops and all electric appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks while looking at the trails on Vail Mountain. There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided.The condo has a dining that that seats up to 6 people and looks towards the Juliet balcony that faces south to Vail Mountain. There is also a living room with a gas fireplace and a flat panel TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

One bedroom has a King bed. There are 2 Queens in the other bedroom which also has a south facing balcony with 2 chairs. There is a flat panel TV in each of the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a custom granite sink and a tub with a shower. The hall bathroom has a stall shower.

The location of this condo is ideal, right between Lionshead and Vail Village. Walk to the west and you'll be in Lionshead Village where you'll find lots of restaurants, shops and the Lionshead Gondola. Walk to the east and you'l be in Vail Village in about 10 minutes where you'll find more unique restaurants and shops. The free in town shuttle stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condo building. Your family will enjoy this condo for your next summer or winter vacation in Vail.

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool. .

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building..
Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle, may be possible, subject to availability.
