The Space:
-Walking distance from Lionshead gondola. In the Heart of Lionshead restaurants and shops.

-During the summer you can leave your bikes parked in the Garage and during winter you can rent or store your skis, right in the building.
-There is a ski closet in the lobby, to store your ski equipment.
-During the winter there is a valet service that takes your skis to the gondola.
-The apartment is very close to Lionshead where you can find shops and great restaurants.
-There is a bus stop in front of the apartment complex that takes you to the "City Market” or “Safeway” supermarkets.
-The can also take you to Vail Village, which is the downtown of Vail and is full of restaurants and shops. The bus is free in Vail.
-There is a convenience store 100 meters from the apartment.
-The apartment is brand new, with hardwood floors and luxury kitchen, absolutely equipped.

The apartment is in Lionshead where you can fond shops, restaurants, the gondola and lifts, ski shops, and the ice skating rink. There are also two convenience stores where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
There are great restaurants in the area. Everything is walking distance.
Getting Around:
There is a heated garage for two cars, although the place is so well located, that you definitely don't need a car.
Other Things to Note:
-It has washer and dryer machine inside the apartment.
-Ask us for the daily cleaning service of the apartment or the days you prefer. We have it with an extra cost.
-For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaning team will have to enter to do the cleaning and will be charged for it.
-We have fans in each of the rooms. No air conditioner.
