"This was the perfect place for a weekend in Starved Rock! Location is close to both Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park, downtown Utica, and other neighboring towns. Everything was just like the listing, and bigger than we expected. We would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed overnight at Mill Street Suite while exploring Starved Rock and Mathiessen state parks. It was a cozy and comfortable experience in an extremely convenient location next to both state parks (just a few miles down the road) and on Mill Street next to several eating and drinking establishments. Went to Bruce and Ollie’s across the street for coffee, sandwiches, and ice cream multiple times during our stay. The suite was well appointed and updated with all the amenities anyone can need. "The place is amazing! Beautiful old home. Very well maintained. Modernized with AC and plenty of outlets. I can't say enough about how great this place is. Perfect bedroom and bathroom layouts. Roku TVs in all bedrooms! We almost never find that!! The owner was very responsive to any question we had. You can tell they have pride of ownership in this place. We didn't get to use the fire pit in the back, but we will next trip. It was an awesome experience. "

"Came out this way to do a weekend of hiking and relaxing outside of the city and this place didn’t disappoint. Super clean, updated, and most importantly comfortable! The area is incredible and includes a lot to do right outside the door to this place. Would come back for ice cream and coffee and Bruce and Ollie’s and a beer at Ginger Road any day! "
