"We booked the cottage last minute on our way to the east coast after our previously booked lodging cancelled. The owner was quick to respond and the property worked perfect for our needs. It was a nice place to relax for the evening and get some sleep before we got back on the road. The kennel was also great for the dogs after a long day in the car! We did note there is one panel shorter than the rest right along the dog house structure. We were only there for one night and didn't look around...

"It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. "

"We came for a family vacation with our dogs. Everything in this listing was as expected. Communication with the property owner was great and we enjoyed our stay. The property is private and the pool was enjoyable. I would consider coming here again. "

"If you want peace and quiet with nobody around, then this is the place for you. The facilities in the house are great, but the grounds are great, too. Both the front and the back offer privacy, with a fire ring out back. It is a very short drive to Lake Wilhelm, making this property a nice base of operations if you are into flat water kayaking, fishing, etc. "

"We stayed here after the rehearsal dinner and during the weekend of my son's wedding. The house was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the weekend. I think that the bed, sheets, and blankets are some of the most comfortable I have felt. The coffee bar was excellent as was the patio! Amazing stay; thank you!"

"A comfortable, peaceful, totally relaxing place with emerging you need. Highly recommend this place. "

"Our stay was quite nice! We enjoyed our time at the cabin . The space was amazing and very clean. We did have a ton of lady bug beattle visitors in the cabin but they liked the light and mostly didn't bother us. The outdoors is lovely too. Huge place for a family with the basic necessities you could need. The listing did say there was a got tub on the property which there isn't but the host took care of us with that. Overall it was a nice getaway from the city."

"My wife and I are vendors at a local event and try to stay in locally owned B&Bs as well as VRBO establishments rather than hotels. This property was one of our favorites. It was exactly what was advertised, off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. The owner was fantastic with communication and the place was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend it. Thank you for offering this place. We'll be staying here again next year."

Only problem is that it is not handicap accessible. It would be nice if that was listed on the online description. We would highly recommend this house to others."
