"Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"Inzwischen mein ca. 10. Aufenthalt in Grainau und mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Lage: Ruhig und doch zentral um alles Notwendige sehr schnell erreichen zu können. Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich! Es gibt hier alle Utensilien, die man braucht. Vermieter war mir sehr entgegenkommend als ich kurzfristig angekündigen musste, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt abkürzen musste, indem er mir 50% der Reisekosten zu den ausstehenden Tagen zurückerstattet hatte. Das nenne ich doch mal ein...

"möchte an dieser Stelle eine ehrliche und nicht geschönte Rezession schreiben. Wir sind mit einer Truppe losgezogen, wo die Messlatte einer solchen Reise relativ hoch gesteckt wird. Somit ist im Vorfeld schon mal mit den Vermietern kommuniziert worden. Für mein empfinden relativ schwierig jemanden zu erreichen, aber wenn man Ferienhäuser und eine Alm betreibt, doch auch normal. Wenn man jedoch jemand am Hörer hatte, wurde einem auch geholfen - mögliche Stellplätze für einen Reisebus - Tipps...

"Já na chegada tivemos de pagar uma taxa de limpeza de 50.00 euros, que não estava prevista no nosso orçamento. Trata-se de uma taxa sobre a qual eles até falam na aba "condições" no site do Hoteis.com. Sugiro ao site explicitar esse tipo de taxa na aba do pagamento. A questão é que cobram esta taxa, mas o quarto permanece sujo, sem arrumação durante toda a estadia. Pelo preço conjunto que pagamos poderíamos ter encontrado outro hotel com café da manhã incluso e limpeza. "

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Sautens gelegen im obersten Stock des Hauses. Der Blick vom Balkon und den vorderen Zimmern auf die umliegenden Berge ist fantastisch! Die Küchenausstattung der Fewo ist perfekt. Sie hat 2 Toiletten und eine sehr gut funktionierende Dusche. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr gastfreundlich. Es gab sogar selbstgebackene Kleinkuchen! Uns ist absolut nichts Negatives aufgefallen! Wr würden jederzeit wieder buchen!...
