"This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event.
I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained.
I will continually to held and book my event next year in VE Hotel & Residence"
"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. "There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work.
At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. "
"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay.
