"Great house. Had to come back well after dark every night and never felt unsafe. Great location close to lots of shopping and dinning options. "

"Our group of 11 came to help our daughter move and to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. This house was perfect for a large group. Our adult kids loved the game room in the basement."

"Jim's place was very centric and accessible. The place was clean and he was very chill and lovely to meet. We appreciated his hospitality and most likely come back next time we're in town!"

"The kitchen was very well stocked with a blender, a mixer, coffee maker, a good amount of pots and pans. The dining room was large enough for a family sit down dinner And the living room had plenty of seating. The only recommendation is that the furniture be updated, Some of the dining room chairs had springs hanging down or arms that were not attached, The living room couch was fallen on the side of the recliner and the pullout couch in the living room was missing some springs and not usable...

"This property was perfect for our large family. We had no plans and ended up at the house all weekend. There was plenty of time in the yard, garage and kitchen. We truly enjoyed our weekend and the host was great to work with."

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of the city, this is it. It is within driving distance of everything. This was a great place for me and my friends to stay while attending a chiefs game."

"Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again."

"Cute little place with easy access to Arrowhead Stadium, T-Mobile Center and downtown. Clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend! "

"Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!"

"The good first, location. We walked to two jazz clubs, enjoyed a few more close places. Beds soft and shower was great. The bad was that when they cleaned the room they took the towel that was hanging and didn’t give us more towels. They also didn’t give us more coffee pods. No frig. Lastly parking is $42/day. "
