"We loved staying here. They’ve got all the pots pans salt pepper and Cajun seasonings as well as sauces. For checking in the check list was a huge process and I wasn’t sure and am still not sure if I was supposed to fill that or the cleaning people. I wish there was more of an explanation there. I’m also not fond of having to check and make sure the cleaners did everything right. Not my job. But all in all, good experience"

"If you’re looking for nature, this is the place. You can literally walk out the door and be on a hiking trail. The hosts were communicative throughout our stay. We were surprised by a number of unexpected treats, including continental breakfast, wine, cheese, bread and sweets. It was a nice surprise! The hosts are upstairs, but they're really quiet. "The drive way was surprisingly challenging to get out of because of the limited view of north bound traffic. Thankfully 101 was not busy. Be ready for steps and a workout to unload your belongings. There are 2 good sized spots to park and the stairs are not steep. The house has windows across the front that made the stay a blessing. I watched the sunrise daily and watched tide changes, waves, calm water, otters and sea birds. The cove is serene in early morning and dusk and I took advantage...

"Very lovely spot on the water with expansive windows to enjoy the view. Enjoyed my daily swim off of the stairs to the water. "

"This is a great place right on the canal. The master bed is so comfy. Jeff provides everything you need for a great and relaxing trip. We've stayed 3 times and already booked for our next trip. There is nothing like the clear water on the canal,and a nice lawn to sut and enjoy."

"We love the quiet and peacefulness of the location as well as being able to get to great view very easily for eating out if we wanted. We walked around the lake every day as well as paddleboard and kayak every day. The guys fished and spent hours on the lake, it was very relaxing And peaceful as could be "

"Our host was very helpful in planning our stay and accommodating people coming from 3 states and 2 countries coming together. This was the perfect space to share and feel at home fir our time together. We appreciated the colorful walls and the comfortable furniture and the well stocked kitchen utensils. Plus all the fun things like the outdoor fire place and game room. We also liked being able to walk into downtown. "

"An absolutely great spot with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The water views were beautiful, and the property felt private and well-maintained. This is a fantastic place to bring family and friends for a memorable stay with lots of activities nearby. We had everything we need and newly rebuilt fence works perfectly. Would definitely come back. Hot tub and roaring mash mellows are kids favorite."
