Stones Throw - Incrível Five Bedroom All Ensuite ~ Perfeito Para uma Escapadela de Casais!

PLEASE READ THRU AND NOTE POOL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS!!
MAIN HOUSE (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath) and DETACHED COACH HOUSE (just steps from main house in gated courtyard) We are located just 8/10ths of one mile to the Townline Beach access (10-15 minute walk) and a very short drive to all that Harbor Country has to offer! Main house presents 3 bedrooms, ALL with ensuite baths to maximize your privacy and comfort. Each bedroom features luxury Saatva mattresses and all have smart TV's. The gourmet kitchen is open to the great room and features 2 gorgeous fireplaces, a custom copper island, a professional 6 burner gas range and 2 full dishwashers. Also in the great room is a dining table for 6 and a bar area with an additional stemware dishwasher, a wine cooler and an ice machine. A super cozy den is off of the great room an includes a sofa sleeper, 2 leather club chairs and a smart tv. The screened in porch offers an additional stunning fireplace, a dining table for 8 and two sofas. Your party will love the detached coach house that offers 2 additional bedrooms..1 upstairs and one downstairs. Each of these has the same ensuite baths, luxury mattresses and tvs. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area of the guest house. A refrigerator and coffee maker add to the convenience. Our true favorite of this house, however, is the captivating courtyard between the houses. A master gardener thoughtfully planned the lush landscape.There is yet another stone fireplace, designer outdoor furniture, and a custom stone hot tub highlighted by a waterfall feature. This is also a "smart home" with surround sound indoors and out so make sure to bring your playlists! We hope that you will enjoy this home and area as much as we do!! PLEASE NOTE.. PARKING is limited to 6 carson the driveway. PRIVATE HOT TUB is OPEN YEAR ROUND however we do winterize the waterfall feature from Nov-April. PLEASE READ!!! LIMITED ASSOCIATION POOL USAGE. Renter/Guests (10 max) can use the pool Sunday evening from 5pm until dusk. Also on Mon-Thursday 9am -dusk and Friday 9am-2pm. POOL is off-limits Fridays after 2pm-Sunday at 5pm. The pool is located steps from the house. The association pool is shared by only 8 other houses. If any pool rule is broken, you may be asked to vacate the house immediately. Holidays are also off limits to renters. Please feel free to email us for any clarification!! We ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We are all for a great time with controlled chaos but we take great care of our home and furnishings and only want and accept guests that will do the same. Guests who have left the house in unacceptable condition will have $150 per extra cleaning hour charged against their damage deposit.

Enchanting House in Great location
Had a wonderful time at an absolutely beautiful house with 14 of our closest friends. The decor was wonderfully designed and implemented. We loved sitting by the fire in the outdoor living space and catching up. Easy trip to South Bend for the ND game. Will be back again.

Great weekend in Union Pier
We took a group of friends to Michigan to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The property was beautiful! The location was perfect - private, yet close to the beach/lake and near downtown. The host was so sweet and responsive throughout the trip. We’ll definitely be back!

My group of longtime girlfriends so enjoyed this property on a beautiful weekend in September. Amy was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the property was even more wonderful than the pictures. We all left wishing we had more time there and hoping we can make it an annual visit!

Fantastic stay/property
We had a wonderful stay here with two families (4 adults, 2 5y/o, 1 3 y/o and 1 infant). The host (Amy) was great to work with and helped make our checkin/departure a breeze. The kitchen and enclosed porch was delightful. Quick walk to an amazing beach.

Union Pier Unicorn
This rental property stands out for its comfort and feeling of home. The beds and multiple seating areas provide optimal lounging and restful sleep! The front porch swing was a favorite spot. The home is well designed and the thoughtfully decorated. The separate coach house offered space to spread out, although the five of us would have had plenty of space in the main house. It is a nice walk to the beach, but there is parking available as well. Beach is nice and sandy and the Lake Michigan waves add to the ambience. Communication with Amy was great and she accommodated last minute changes to our schedule. Will definitely be back!

Girls weekend to celebrate 50
This was the absolute perfect weekend!! We had 10 women to celebrate a friend's 50th. This house could not have been more perfect for our girls weekend. Quick drive to wineries and New Buffalo and we could walk to the beach. While we had dinner reservations to go out, we chose to stay in and enjoy pizza, wine and conversation on the incredibly cozy covered porch. The place was decorated and furnished with such great taste. It accommodated all of us so comfortably. I would highly recommend. The host was very responsive to all questions and easy to work with. We will be back.

Fantastic house with luxury amenities, perfectly appointed
We were so impressed with the house, location and attention to detail. The hosts are thoughtful about making sure your stay is beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable, linens were plentiful and amenities were just right. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were detailed instructions for things like playing music on the sound system throughout the house and enjoying the beautiful courtyard. There were even fresh flowers scattered throughout the property. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Great getaway
We had a great week here! The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and laid out so that everyone can be together and still have their own space. It's a short drive - or maybe a bike ride - to Townline beach and into New Buffalo. If you're willing to walk a bit, you can get to a very good little bakery (Black Currant Bakehouse) on foot. Communication from the hosts was great and they were very easy to work with. We got a lot of use out of the association pool which is right behind the house as well as the private hot tub. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and 1 infant and didn't feel crowded at all.

Really great house!
Our family of 4 adults and two small children loved this house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was a fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, beach towels/chairs/umbrella. There were board games and TVs. The front porch has a swing, the back patio area has ample seating. It was just a great place for us to stay. The communal pool was a 2 minute walk, the beach was about a 12 minute walk. Restaurants and grocery were a 5 minute drive. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It was beautiful and comfortable, and Amy (the host) was responsive and helpful! Can’t wait until next summer!

Amazing weekend!
This house, along with our stay, was nothing short of amazing. It was a perfect location / house for our girls' weekend - ample space, great communal area for gathering, and beautiful backyard to relax and hang out. The house was impeccable and looked JUST like the pictures. Amy was a phenomenal host - responsive, timely, descriptive, honest, & easy to communicate with. I am thankful for such a positive experience and look forward to another stay here in the future!

A Definite YES!!
Yes and Yes! Yes, we loved this beautiful, well-appointed home for its comfort, cleanliness and darling neighborhood! Our incredible hosts, Amy and Jeff, were responsive and communicated incredibly well. They even had 2 bikes for us to use for the short ride to beach. We were 10 adults which included a 21 year old who slept on the sleeper sofa in the guest house and said it was comfy and slept til noon! Yes, we'd love to stay here again! We just need to stay longer next time!!

You must visit Stone's Throw!
Our family of ten had the privilege of staying at Stone's Throw for Thanksgiving, utilizing the five lovely bedrooms and their respective and well-appointed attached bathrooms. Amy was readily available for questions and was incredibly accommodating and flexible. This property differs from so many I've stayed in due to the thorough planning and meticulous care that has gone into all aspects of the furnishings and upkeep. There were seasonal decorations placed around the living areas, further enhancing the already stunning decor. The kitchen lacked for nothing that was needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving feast. There was even a gravy boat and turkey baster! And how often can you actually use the fireplaces in a rental, much less avail yourselves of the woodpile just outside the door? With three dishwashers and a huge supply of glasses, plates, and utensils, there was never a wait for a load to finish. Cold weather and a dusting of snow only served to enhance the appeal of the enormous hot tub, especially at night under the many strands of fairy lights illuminating the patio. I do hope we'll have an opportunity to visit this property again some day!

Beautiful Fall getaway
This is our second time back to the property and just love it. It’s on a quiet tree lined street and the Fall colors were amazing. The property is so elegant and love the cozy feel of a home - beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. Amy, the host, is the best of the best and so communicative. Some of my favorites at the house - screened in porch with fireplace, the kitchen (fully stocked), front porch swing, the beds, and the backyard. Truly a remarkable property and a fantastic location. We will be back!!

Wonderful stay
My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. It brought us all together but still allowed for our individual space. The kitchen was an exceptional gathering area where we all congregated during meal prep. The sound system offered us the ambiance necessary for the occasion. The grounds were literally ‘heavenly’. You can hear the train infrequently which only added to the unique experience.

Amazing property - clean and great location!
This house was perfect for a girls weekend! It has all of the amenities we needed (and more) - a large kitchen, screened in room with comfy furniture, a hot tub, and plenty of seating around the fireplace in the backyard. The guest house was great as we all had a comfortable bedroom to sleep in. You can tell the owners treat this home as their own. The host, Amy, was very responsive and checked in with me before, during, and after the trip. I highly recommend - we could not have asked for a better house for a girls weekend and look forward to coming back!

Perfect Spot
I went stayed here with my friends for a golf weekend to celebrate my wedding and it was perfect. We had a fantastic dinner at Timothy’s, which was less than a five minute walk away. Everyone had a wonderful time and we received great communication from the host!

Perfect weekend getaway
Stunning property true to description and extremely clean. The house (and guest house) has such beautiful detail and design. Perfect layout to gather in multiple areas inside and out. Great location for the beach, wineries, breweries, and restaurants. We felt truly relaxed, comfortable, and at home. The hot tub and porch swing are a must! Amy was by far the best homeowner we have worked with. Great communication and very gracious. We will be back for a much longer stay!

Absolutely fantastic, book it now!
The property is located on a beautiful tree lined street and is immaculately kept. Every room is fantastic and filled with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space will be the gathering point for all with its comfortable furniture and fireplace for s’mores! The hot tub was great for the evenings. We had adults and kids ranging from 9-16. Bathrooms aplenty here with no worries about hot water. The area has a cute European farmers market on the weekends that is a short walk away. The pool is located next door and has a ping pong table which the kids enjoyed. The host, Amy, is super responsive and gracious. Do not hesitate to book this, you will love every minute of it. And they have 3 dishwashers, built in ice maker and bar fridge!!!!
