Aqua Too Few is the perfect home for your Summer vacation. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fireplace, a screened porch, large deck with table for eating outdoors, plenty of backyard for the kids to run around and a fire pit. There's a large front porch with adirondack chairs for hanging out with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. As you enter into the house to the right is a living room with a large TV for watching movies. This area is great for the kids to hang out. The dining room seats 8 guests and has access to the screened porch. The kitchen, living room and dining room are open concept and there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy the house. The kitchen is large and big enough for two chef's plus there's a bar with stools for your guests to watch you prepare dinner or for the kids to have breakfast in the morning. The family room has a large TV, Sonos sound system and access to the large back deck that features a gas grill, comfy seating area and large table for outdoor eating. The main floor also features a 1/2 bathroom and the washer and dryer is located downstairs for your convenience. As you head upstairs there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds and the primary bedroom has a king bed with a large TV and sound system. The master also features a master bathroom with a walk in shower. There's a bathroom on the second floor that has a tub/shower combo great for bathing the little ones. The screened porch has comfy furniture and is a great location for relaxing with a cocktail or your newspaper and cup off coffee. The yard is large enough for the kids to run around and play ball or for the adults to play bags. The fire pit is great for enjoying the smore's and watching the stars! This home is just a few blocks from Downtown Union Pier and about 3/4 of a mile to the beach, an easy walk or you can drive and park also. Spend the day on Lake Michigan just a few blocks away or if you aren't beach person you can enjoy the Winery Tasting Rooms of Round Barn and St Julian just a few blocks away near the highway. There's so many things to do in the area and this home is perfect for a Summer vacation in Harbor Country. We are just 90 minutes from Chicago and if you are lucky on a good sunset day you can see the Chicago skyline from our beaches!

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
