Lots of options to keep everyone entertained (tennis court, indoor kids play area, several pools including heated one, volleyball and basketball court, small coffee shop and restaurant and tons of activities prepared by hotel staff). "We stay here sometimes a couple times a year always reliable, always a great place to stay. The cabins are a little dated. But you are staying in a cabin in the woods. Definitely stay here again which I plan on doing in the future. So many things to do in Waterberry and in Stowe. This place a must stay. "

"We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay. "

"We had tickets to a comedy show and this was a great place to be able to walk to after the evening's festivities were over. It had everything we needed for what we were looking for, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Great spot, 5 mins from downtown. Apartment is completely updated. All 3 beds had new comfy mattresses. Spacious living room to hang out with big sectional sofa. It is in North Burlington, so there are some city-related issues in bordering neighborhoods, and if youve ever been to Burlington it wont suprise you. "We had a fantastic stay! My parents and I attended a family wedding in Grand Isle and this was 5 minutes drive to the venue. Amanda was super flexible, accomodating, and helpful. The house was spotless and comfortable. The area around is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We loved our stay and thanks to a great host!"

"This accommodation was beautifully clean (thank you!!) and newly updated. It was decorated nicely and had most everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable (firm in the principle bedroom, slightly softer in the bunk bedroom). Just to know: there’s no dishwasher, so expect to hand wash dishes—not terrible at all. "It was quiet and clean. Yes you could hear footsteps during the day but it's a basement apartment. It was always quiet at night. I only wish the apartment had AC."

"We were hoping to enjoy the lake, but the weather did not cooperate! We were happy to discover the pool table, in the basement, though... that saved us!! We were grateful that the AC was on when we got there, because the first day was very hot and humid. " We payed a small fortune to stay 2 days in this hotel in November. The check in is at 4pm and the check out is at 11am. There were no breakfast included. There is a 35$ fee per day for valet parking. Otherwise you have to self-park in a place very far away from your room. For me it was like 10 minutes walking. The structure of the resort is huge. But the only difference for us in that matter was that we had to walk like half a mile to arrive at our room, because everything was closed during the off season. We were aware that it was off season. But still there was absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. No activities whatsoever were offered by the resort included in the almost 400 dollar price you pay per night. It was my birthday during our stay. I told the attendant the moment we checked in hoping to get something special but nothing was arranged. There is a 45$ dollar fee per day for the amenities and activities supposedly offered by the hotel. When checking out we told the attendant we thought we shouldn’t pay this fee while we weren’t able to enjoy the resort facilities at all. She told us this fee was charged for the the availability of the pool, the gym and for complimentary coffee, among other things that were out of order. So we still had to pay this extra 95$ with taxes for absolutely nothing. It was probably the most frustrating situation I ever passed regarding a hotel. Especially considering the very expensive price we payed. "
