The property is a duplex on a large rural setting that backs directly to the just completed bike/walking trail in the area (Tabeguache) There are two bedrooms- one main with a queen, a second with a good size bunk beds. There is also a queen size bed in an enclosed porch area. So plenty of space for a good number of people- but only one bathroom. The property is probably built in the 70s...

"This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "
