House has 4.5 Beds (3 Queen Beds with 3 Singles) + 3 Baths + 2 Living areas, and optional Cabin 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bath. Heaps of parking. Note, the newly renovated one bedroom cabin at rear of the property is an additional charge but provide more space for the additional couple.

Located just five minutes walk to the Main Street of Umina Beach having cafes, restaurants, shops and a large Woolworths and Coles. No need to drive anywhere, stay, relax, get a coffee, read a book, great for beaching or fishing.

Downstairs boasts two large bedrooms (one with ensuite), one single room, modern kitchen, separate bathroom with bath, laundry and living area. Upstairs has one large bedroom with ensuite and walk through wardrobe and a bedroom with 1 single and 1 king single bed (with single trundle bed), large living area and outside deck with views to the ocean and heads. Perfect for sitting relaxing, looking at the ocean, and taking in the sea breeze.

Newly renovated one bedroom cabin at rear of the property is available upon request to rent separate from the house if required for an extra couple.

Located just over an hour from Sydney in a quiet part of the Central coast.
