You also have a wonderful view of the tranquil surroundings from the indoor dining table.



A short walk will take you to a small boat harbour where you can hire a boat to explore the beautiful archipelago or try your luck at fishing. Your holiday island of Tysnes is conveniently located at the entrance to the Hardangerfjord, one of Norway's most beautiful fjords. This offers you numerous opportunities for day trips in the surrounding area. Visit the charming commercial centre of Våge, which is only a short drive away and offers everything you need for your stay with its shops and restaurants. For a culinary highlight, we recommend a visit to Uggdal, where you can enjoy local specialities in beautiful surroundings at Haaheim Gard.



For golf lovers, there is a beautifully situated golf park nearby. You can also explore the impressive island landscape of Tysnes or take a day trip to Hardanger, where you can visit sights such as Baroni Rosendal, Fyksesund or the famous Trolltunga.
