All bedrooms have a Smart Tv with Cable TV / HBO included. We added many extras like alarm clocks with USB and plugs to make charging phones a little easier, black out curtains for a good nights sleep and starter items such as trash bags, laundry pods and coffee pods, etc. There is a KIDS Corner with fun books/toys/puzzles. Hunt for shells and shark teeth just steps away from the building because we are the only beachfront resort on Tybee. You're 30 min from historic savannah and a late night ghost tour.
Park with playground, grills, volleyball across the street. Our condo association just added a GRILL and PICNIC area just downstairs from our space. The playground is fairly extensive and there are Tennis Courts at the YMCA that are available for public play and some locals bring their own Pickleball nets.

Recently painted & cleaned, this home radiates a welcoming atmosphere. Families with kids will appreciate the dedicated kids' corner filled with games, books, puzzles, and more. Friends will enjoy the open living room and dining area to keep the fun going. If you need all three bedrooms, or just one, this is a great living space with many items included, such as TP, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Some Beach chairs, toys and beach towels, coffee pods (to start), sugar, sweetener, oils/basic spices.....etc.

Each bedroom and the Living room includes a TV with cable packages featuring HBO. Plus, you have the freedom to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or other platforms.

Situated in the heart of Tybee Island's Mid Beach, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned, just one mile from both the pier and the north beach. Mid beach is a picturesque stretch where you'll be at the center of all the action, making it easy to enjoy the island's vibrant atmosphere.

The sleeping arrangements are:
-Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite bathroom and balcony, TV
-Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with TV
-Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds with TV and connection to the 2nd bathroom
-Living Room: Sofa Bed with linens

Gather around the dining room table that seats 8, or pull up a stool at the bar for an additional 3 seats. Step onto the balcony furnished with a table for 4 and two extra chairs, providing the perfect spot to soak in the sunrise or unwind in the evening breeze.

To enhance your stay, we've thoughtfully included:
- Linens, towels, washcloths, and makeup cloths
- Microfiber beach towels
-Some beach chairs and beach supplies available for borrowing (rental info also provided)
-Starter supplies of dishwasher pods, dishwashing detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and paper plates.
-To-go coffee cups for your morning beach walk
- Full length mirrors in each bedroom, USB and regular plugs are easily accessible in each room, luggage racks, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower
