"Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. "It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful. In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay."
