"WOW!!! This condo is absolutely stunning – clean, with high-end furnishings and everything you need for a perfect stay. The activity closet is stocked with items ideal for enjoying the outdoors at Hamilton Cove. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, making our morning coffee and evening wine sessions delightful. "The view! The spa! The Hamilton Cove property is the best we have stayed at in many years of visiting Catalina. The manager was very helpful as we had some issues finding the unit and charging the cart. But in the end we figured it all out. "

"An overall nice place in a good location. Things were a little run down: the patio door would not lock and we were not able to use the oven because it would set off the smoke alarm. Otherwise, a comfortable place to stay for the weekend."

"Beautiful view! Adequate accommodations and delightful balcony overlooking the ocean. A bit hard on the knees due to walking several flights of stairs to get in and out of the condo. Great for people with good knees. We had a fantastic time. Thank you 😊 "

"Great views, excellent host, clean condo and great location! We will definitely visit again! "

"The place was in a good location, plenty of space inside and a tiny outdoor patio with grill. Communication with the owner was great, and checkin was easy. The downsides were that nothing for the beach is provided- no beach towels, chairs, etc. The beds were pretty hard. No A/C but many fans were available. Also no shampoo or soap aside from hand soap is provided. But all around ok for an Avalon property. "

"I've lived in So Cal all my life and had never been to Catalina. This place we perfect! Very nice accommodations with a beautiful ocean view. My family used the tennis courts, volleyball court, lawn (spikeball), and of course the workout room with the best workout view ever! It's great to be able to take a short 7 minute golf cart ride to town...and then leave it behind to come back to complete peace and quiet. Highly recommend this!"
