There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and a convenience store within 5 blocks of the property. This remodeled basement apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern updates mixed with some rustic & Pendleton inspired decor. Approx. 500 ft.² featuring King bedroom, 1 full bath, & comfortable living area with chaise couch that pulls out to full sleeper. Hardwood and fresh paint throughout give the apartment a clean contemporary feel. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this private retreat a great home away from HOME!

Fully stocked kitchenette allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring counter space for preparing simple meals and a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, counter-top burner, microwave, & coffee maker. **NOTE: There is not a stove or oven. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table that folds out with additional seating for up to (4).

Bright and cozy living area featuring couch with chaise lounge and folds out to a full sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV, and comfortable seating make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon!

There is a private bedroom with a KING bed, dressers and a closet for your personal items. Perfect for up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area **Comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens and a high quality mattress.

Spacious and clean bathroom with tub & shower, and plenty of room to store your items. Tile floors, upgraded finishes and high quality towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!

Washer & Dryer for guests use located in basement which is also a separate common area, shared with the upstairs guest. **Laundry is available from 9am-8pm as a mutual courtesy to not disturb other guests.

Private fenced backyard with table & chairs. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space. BBQ Grill and Cozy gas fire pit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating.

Pack n play, is available on request.

FREE street parking for (2) vehicles in front of house.

This property accepts up to (2) pre-approved, well behaved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet. We cannot accept Cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our pet policy before booking.

**NOTE: This is a basement apartment and there will often be other guests above the space. We do realize that sound travels and we have added earplugs, a fan and a noise machine to help with sound. If you are a light sleeper this may not be a good fit. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, shared laundry, & shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.

Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability, the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.

Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.

The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.
Located in Southern Idaho, 130 miles from Boise, Twin Falls is best known for Shoshone Falls, the Niagara of the West, and bountiful outdoor adventures. ... Getting Around:
The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 63 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. This is a great neighborhood for walking on the tree lined streets and if safe & friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from College of Southern Idaho, 1 mile to the downtown historical shopping district, and 2.5 miles to Magic Valley Mall,.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.

There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hr).

Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details, which will be charged once you add the pet to the reservation. If you are bringing an (2) pets, we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to a digital key pad.

EVERY DISH WAS DIRTY
Upon arrival going in to check the place out and just abt every dish had something in it so every time having to use a dish I had to wash it first. But I did the favor of washing everything really good before leaving so the next guest doesn’t have to deal with what I had to.

Cozy place in the middle of it all.
Cute little house in the middle of Twin Falls. Nice quite street, small part two houses away. The divide back yard was spacious and the provided grill was an added bonus.

The unit itself is fine. The description of the noise from above is understated. If there are people in the unit above, you can hear literally every step they take. If you are a light/medium sleeper, you will be kept awake if they stay awake longer than you or you will be getting awakened when they get up in the morning.
