Finding the right Kingscliff Holiday accommodation has never been easier with LJ Hooker Kingscliff. Enjoy the best of all worlds in this self-contained dual suite apartment. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a wonderful north facing position overlooking the Central Park Precinct. The small South Kingscliff village is a very stylish area with an exceptional reputation for it's restaurants. Directly under the unit you will find a convenience store, patisserie, Thai, Italian and Seafood Restaurants, bottle shop, coffee shop and the Salt Bar to enjoy a meal with family.

For the ladies there is a beautician, day spa and hair salon to spoil themselves and a gelato shop for the kids to enjoy. Local clubs and pubs offer courtesy shuttle buses and bike hire is available from the Surf Guru to enjoy the surrounding coastal villages or stand up paddle board in our natural estuary. For those with transport, we would recommend you explore our region's short day trips around the Tweed Valley or Byron Bay, Mt Tamborine and the Gold Coast. The Tweed Coast is famous for its laidback lifestyle with many wonderful scenic places and wineries to explore.

The apartment features include:

The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two single beds that may be zipped together to make a king.

The 2nd bedroom beds can be converted to a king bed upon request, but guests must contact an LJ Hooker Kingscliff agent directly by phone within 1 business day of booking to make the request. Requests made after this timeframe may not guarantee the option or could be subject to additional charges.

The balconies are on the northern side of the building so you get plenty of sunshine through the winter and cool shade in the summer.

This resort's smaller tropical pool is located outside wings 5 & 7 on the western side of the resort and is heated and has a hot spa which is lovely on sunset. The main lagoon pool is not heated but receives plenty of sun to warm the water and plenty of shade the umbrellas provide in Summer.

Salt village is located to the south of Kingscliff Beach, and includes an array of fine dining, shops, and cafés to enjoy year-round.
Wander through the open parklands to the lifeguard patrolled Salt Beach, or cruise down the public bike & walking trail that follows the coastline down to Cabarita Beach.
There is a playground located in the park as well as at the Salt Bistro, so the kids can run free while you enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time.
Every 3rd Saturday of the month the park comes alive with markets, including food, handmade local art and live music.
Electric vehicle charging is available from the free parking areas.
Boasting modern homes, resorts and beach access throughout, Salt Kingscliff is upmarket while still being laidback and is perfect for a coastal lifestyle.

Unfortunately you are unable to charge back to your room as this is a privately owned apartment. Rooms are not serviced but the apartment does have a fully equipped laundry. If you wish to have your room serviced during your stay we can arrange this for a fee. All linen is included, although you will need to bring your own beach towels.

You are booking with off-site real estate accommodation specialists and we are proud not to be affiliated with the on-site letting agent. Check in is via our local office and we will take care of any questions or concerns you may have during your stay, 7 days per week. Save waiting in queues and deal directly with us.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction. All holiday bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions. 1.31% Credit Card Surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about.

The new Tweed Valley Hospital (opening 2024) is just a 5 minute drive away.

Great location, clean and tidy -a few missed opportunities to be great
Booking the apartment was easy and was great to have organised. Unfortunately the details about the key pick up was lost in my junk mail which meant we needed to get back into the car after 9hrs of driving and head to the LJHooker office to get the key. Would have been great if it was left at the reception of the Mantra. The apartment was clean and tidy. It really lacked a homely feeling with bare minimum furnishings. There were no clean or additional additional towels despite our 7 day stay. We had to buy toilet paper and other basics like cooking oil. A coffee machine and some basics in the bathroom should be included when you’re paying a peak rate. There was no Wifi which is a necessity these days. The main bedroom didn’t have air conditioning but a ceiling fan which was ok. The positives were that there was two bathrooms and three tvs which is great for kids. The verandah was fabulous for outdoor dining. The proximity to the beach and shops is second to none. The pool was great for the kids and the Mantra ran some very basic kids club activities that could be good for some families.

Short stay
Unit was clean and comfortable however a few basic items such as a small starter pack of salt pepper coffee tea and milk wouldn’t have gone astray Also some small toiletries like shampoo conditioner body wash would have been helpful ,unit also did not have a hairdryer however was supplied once we requested.Bare in mind when booking privately owned units through a agent nit mantra itself ,mantra unwilling to help with storing luggage and also not helpful when door key failed to work ( as this happened to us). Perhaps owner should think about installing a pin pad lock on door to avoid this situation .Apart from these minor issues we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again .
