"During the check-in everything went nice the lady was nice, explained how everything would work and told us all about Azulik. She told us when we would check out we would be needing to return the bracelet at 11 and leave our luggage at the reception after the check out, and after that we would be able to keep our experience at Azulik and at the places outside of the main complex of the hotel (like the museums they have outside), we decided to enjoy our stay mostly in our room and at the beach bar since we didn’t want to use the car during the stay but only after checking out, so we asked if we could plan to enjoy the Sunset Experience on the check out day because it was raining during our stay and visit the museums after the check out, she confirmed it and just said that we should give our names on check out before going to the museums and the Sunset Experience. The stay in Azulik showed us that it’s only nice in the pictures, but there’s virtually nothing to do except the public beach and the bathtub in the room, it felt like we were inside a catalog of massage and saw nobody doing massages, just the massage people doing videos and posting which was the weirdest thing. There’s no pool in the hotel or gathering place. On check-out the gentleman was awfully rude and just told us he wouldn’t anything for us since we checked out almost expelling us from Azulik and told us to talk to the concierge lady that tried to sell us everything that was supposed to be included in stay."

A localização é bem central para os passeios que se faz em Tulum e fora da agitação da cidade. Todo o pessoal de serviço é extremamente gentil e atencioso. "
