This home was very close to many Tulsa attractions, as well as a beautiful public park. It was easy to book and it was easy to gain entry, etc without assistance from owners/managers, which was a nice change from the usual tech issues with locks, etc. The home was also very secluded and quiet, which was also wonderful. It was fully stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen for meal prep.
The reason for the 3 star rating was simply cleanliness-related. The booking charged a large cleaning fee, and the home is very dated (which is not a problem - everyone has grandparents) but it was also very dusty & dank/mold-smelling (especially the main living area) due to years of closed in smells and multiple layers of carpet. The home also had many cobwebs inside and out. The bedding also smelled old due to the stale smell in the home. Outside living was virtually impossible due to the mosquitoes & the dirty/broken furniture, so the hot tub was barely used. Everything about the house was as listed correctly, other than these issues. Thank you for letting us stay at your home, and I hope this honest feedback helps future guests.
