"We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. "Third time renting a property for a trip to visit my student at SUNY Cortland. Best property by far! Spotlessly clean, adorable, everything you could need! I simultaneously want to tell everyone about it and totally gatekeep it for myself but if you found it, book it. Unless I want it. Convenient to campus and restaurants but so nicely off the beaten path. Fantastic! "

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."

I scanned my tip card in my room and his name isn't there! Not fair! I want to tip him!! Only certain names are listed. ALL names should be listed for tips!! ALL names should be there, really. I'm handing him a cash tip in the future. He's awesome!!"
