"My husband, 15-year old son and I stayed for a short getaway. The A-frame was just as described and perfect for us. While there were only three of us, there was enough room for 3 more people to sleep as well. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to bring food and our fishing gear. We were able to fish and swim right from the dock and made use of the two kayaks provided. The A-frame is located right on the lake in a very quiet cove. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to ride the golf cart and fish. We were close to several areas and great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and extra outdoor furniture and games. The golf cart was a bonus! We kept our boat in a slip at the marina at the end of the walking/golf cart path which is very steep and would have been difficult to walk with small children. Check in was simple and the owner of the property was very prompt replying to all inquiries. The street was quiet with everyone driving slowly so the kids...

"We were in town for the Grand Opening of the Company Distilling location in Lynchburg. The home was a lovely retreat each evening after the retail craziness. We especially loved walking to lake and sitting on the patio. Well recommended. "

The only complaint that was said is that some of the dishes were not clean that was pulled out to use but we washed them. Shannon is a very helpful and understanding. "We will be back !!!!! Perfect for 2 - 4 people. Super quite hardly any traffic. Sitting in hot tub was very nice. Very peaceful and close to the lake. Everything was there that we might have needed in the kitchen and the entire place was clean. We were at the boat ramp in ten minutes. Blue Gill boat dock 15 minutes at most. Highly recommend. "

"Well kept small cabin near the Holiday Marina at Tims Ford Lake. Not on the water but close to the boat launch and marina with a restaurant and bar. Everything works and the property was clean and well stocked. The house is small but there are plenty of beds with three bedrooms, two loft areas and three full baths. "
