My husband and I just stayed for one night. We went to JD distillery the next day. Which I would highly recommend. House was very cute and had a lot of character. In a very quiet country setting. Very peaceful.

Super cute little old farmhouseā€”worked so well for our overnight stay. Communication with property owner was fast and efficient. Loved the front porch and the whole little house. Close to Lynchburg which is what we were looking for. Would recommend.

The lovely cottage was so much more than we expected. From the goats to the sweet dogs and we even saw deer in the back yard. We didn't want to leave. We can't wait to plan another trip soon, but stay longer next time.

Cute little cottage in the country

Only stayed for one night but cute little place out in country. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. If I had one issue it would be with the comfort of the bed. Very soft and tended to pull you to the middle. I had to flip around and sleep head to tail with my wife to get to sleep. Other than that was very nice place. Other beds in house may have been fine. Cottage in the woods

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my spouseā€™s birthday. Toured the Jack Daniels distillery, ate BBQ and shopped in Lynchburg. Sunday we hiked in Tom Ford State Park, highly recommended. Saturday night we enjoyed admiring the stars fr the front porch and viewed the haze of the Milky Way, Sagittarius, and the Big Dipper.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is so charming and cozy. The attention the every detail. Makes you feel at home. Fully stocked with everything you could need. It was so clean. The goats were amazing to be by and so were the two dogs who are so sweet. We had family come Visit and were blown away but how cute it is. We will definitely be coming back.

Our grandchildren couldnā€™t wait to get to your property, and it didnā€™t disappoint. Very clean, quiet after staying in hotels for a week, and relaxing. We were able to decompress after a long week. Would highly recommend this VRBO

Beyond Amazingā€¦ Where old meets modern!

From the very first moment we pulled up to the Farmhouse it felt like we were home. And then we walked through the front door and we were home. This house unknowingly became a reality to my FiancƩ and I of we want to come home to every day. Your Farmhouse has been etched into our hearts and minds forever. We will be back to enjoy the sweet and peaceful mornings. And the calm and cool nights. From each and every sweet and thoughtful detail to the sweet dogs outside it has been like being in a dream. The southern hospitality and the effortlessness of the booking was amazing. If you want a cozy country feel then this is the place for you. Thank you Flossie and Sissy for making us feel at home.

Peaceful Country Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for one night, after we visited the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The cottage was even better in person. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to other friends interested in the same trip.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

This house is is SO cute and cozy.it is by itself in the country but still close to Lynchburg. The bed slept good and everything was clean. I loved the fireplace. Plenty of linens were provided. I canā€™t say enough about this place. It is a rare gem. We come to Lynchburg every year and I wished we would have found this sooner. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Country Cottage

My husband, mom-in-law, and I absolutely love the country cottage!! The pictures are accurate and the cottage is even more beautiful in person. The cottage has such a cozy vibe. We sat outside on the huge porch. It is so quiet, relaxing and has a nice view of the countryside. We also enjoyed sitting on the very comfortable couches with the warm fireplace on. A nice tv and no issues with WiFi. I would love to live in this house! This is one of the best Vrbo's I have stayed at. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy communication and check-in/check-out. It is close to Lynchburg. When we are traveling through Tennessee again, we will definitely stay here! We loved everything about our stay.

A little piece of heaven

Words canā€™t describe the feeling you feel when you walk into this home. We all wish we would have planned to stay longer. Its like walking into the past but having all the conveniences of today. We are already planning to go back. I would move there if the owner would let me. They left farm fresh eggs for us to have too. We canā€™t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay!

The farmhouse was exactly as described and better! The pics really don't do it justice. True farm decor with a large kitchen equipped with everything you'd need. Nice large bathroom and master. We will be back when in the area :)

Cozy and Quiet

Very clean accommodations, it's out of town so its very quiet and peaceful. The dogs with the goats were very friendly, had everything we needed inside for our short visot to Tennessee, I would definitely rent from them again šŸ˜
