"Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back."

"Water from tap is really good. Cabin quite nice. Area is great. Love having herd of elk visit each morning. Everything we needed was easy to find. Extra touch providing some same size toiletries in case we forgot anything was nice. Only drawback two in our party very allergic to cats and had to take medication due to recent presence of a cat in cabin. Found a cat toy between the sheets in one bed, so washed all the bedding and symptoms improved. Otherwise it is a dry very nice cabin. "

"Great rustic cabin, very quiet location up a 1 lane private track. Near to cloudcroft. Had a great 1 day/2 night stay. Breakfast provided, which was nice (eggs, sausage, pancake mix). Slept our family of six easily. My kids got a kick out of the composting toilet. I’d stay again."

"Great stay at Kizzy’s Kove! Enjoyed the cool weather and rain. Very comfortable cabin with well appointed kitchen, making meal prep easy. The view from the deck and hot tub is amazing and great for watching the wildlife. We enjoyed our meals on the deck and a few card games. We were impressed with rapid response from property management when we discovered we had no water! Tech and plumber arrived within minutes only to discover that there was a water line break in the community. Service...
