disappointing
We arrived on sep 17th and I took my cat, the 1st recepcionist was very kindly, but when we arrived in the room I noticed that the frigobar was not working and we went to the reception the attendent was very receptive and told us that the next day they will check it. In the next day my husband contacted the reception again, and they told it would not be possible to change the frigobar and if we wanted we could use the refrigerator next to the restaurant. I did not reserve a hotel with frigobar to use the restaurant refrigerator, my cat drinks milk and eats atum and I needed to put her food in the frigobar. We stayded 3 days and it happened in the first night and the hotel was not worried with the problem that they caused for us, and the cat paid to stay with us , it was not free. The cat does part of our family.
In the 3rd day around 9hrs in the morning (our check-out would be 12hrs) the woman that clean the rooms, open the room door even with sign on the door saying #do not disturb
