We are BookTucson and we specialize in offering upscale, stylish, and comfortable short term vacation rental homes including 8 homes and 4 casitas. All of our homes include fast Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses, resort-quality linens, well-stocked kitchens (pots, pans, seasonings, cooking oils, etc.), bath necessities (toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, towels), newer flat panel smart TVs, and more. Professional cleaning and sanitizing between guests performed by our well-paid staff. Easy self check-in with digital keypad.

What makes this home special? Pool (heating available based upon seasonal rates), mountain views, convenient foothills location, large floor plan, four full bathrooms and five bedrooms, covered outdoor kitchen for grilling and dining year-round, and more. Quiet office nook with a large desk idea for work or school.

This very private oasis sits on over an acre and is in a very desirable location close to Tucson's finest dining, shopping, hiking, and biking. La Encantada, Tucson's beautiful outdoor mall with its great restaurants coffee and gelato shops, gourmet grocery store and awesome assortment of boutiques and home and clothing stores is only moments away as are a pharmacy, bank, galleries and more restaurants! This property also has easy access from I-10 making it an easy drive from Tucson's airport or Phoenix Sky Harbor or Gateway airports.NOTE: Pool heating may be available as an optional amenity priced separately based upon seasonal rates. If you are interested in pool heating, please request this service 48 hours prior to your check-in.

Tennis team trip
Great house with a responsive host made for a wonderful girls trip for our tennis team. Weather was perfect. Magic replied quickly and positively to all requests and he went out his way to offer us more than expected when the situation needed. Would come back again!

Perfect Catalina Foothills Experience
Not much to say that hasn’t already been said. Home was clean and lacked nothing, pool was crystal clear the whole week, and the landlord was super responsive without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again

Accommodations great for a large group
We stayed here the week leading up to Easter with our family. We were a group of 8 adults and the size of this home, property and location was perfect. Our son goes to U of A which was about 7 miles from the property. The host responded quickly to any questions we had while there and was extremely accommodating.

The property was perfect. Plenty of rooms for the 8 of us. House was very clean. Outside pool was heated just right! The hot tub and outside grill was used and enjoyed.

We'll stay there again!
Staying at a property owned by individuals rather than a corporation allows for excellent communication and an overall superb experience. The property itself is well laid out for a group our size consisting of couples and singles with everyone in comfortable beds. The kitchen designed well for several people prepping and cooking., After hiking each day, the hot tub and pool essential and appreciated. Communication with the owner and his daughter always timely and especially helpful. We look forward to renting this property again next year.

The house was OK but did not include a hot tub, even though the heading in the listing specifically stated hot tub. We even received billing information on cleaning the hot tub. They moved us to a different house during our stay but did not provide any refund or accommodation for the hassle of packing up and moving.

Great for family stay
The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. Lots of linens and towels, both bath and pool towels.the kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were labeled to make finding items that much easier. Beds were very comfortable We asked for a crib and high chair and there was a child gate at the bottom of the steps leading to the upstairs. We did ask to use the pool and hottub, both were clean and enjoyable. Grilled outside and enjoyed meals outside, in the kitchen and dining room with the extra folding chairs provided for 11 of us while in Tucson for a week for our daughter's wedding. Appreciated that we did not have to remember to take trash bins to the street as they have arrangements to have workers come up to the garage area to pick them up. Very nice to communicate with and get answers

Family reunion
Our family planned our trip to Tucson to see my mother who lives there. The home was very nice and clean with lots of beds and rooms for our big group. The home was equipped with everything we needed to make our visit very enjoyable. It’s located near many restaurants as well as grocery stores. We loved sitting outside but the fire pit as we enjoyed our meals. The hot tub was spacious and accommodated us all. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

This was a lovely home to stay in while enjoying the biking and hiking options that Tucson has to offer. Great communication and quick responses to the few issues the crept up during our three week stay. Convenient, nice neighborhood, with access to good shopping. Good Communication
Nice place. Had a few issues that were addressed quickly. Can’t ask for more than that. Had the pool heated and waiting for us. Even turned it up a bit for the kids. Everyone loved the hot tub also. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything is close by including hiking trails. Great trip visiting family.

Perfect home for family fun
This is the second time we have stayed at this property with a great experience both times. The home is located in a great neighborhood close to many restaurants with many things to do. Kaela, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this for your next family vacation.

Family gathering for wedding
The property was clean and had spacious rooms, plenty of beds and three private bathrooms. Our adult group of 8 family members enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor furniture. Weather was so nice, we spent more time outside eating and playing games. Property is centrally located, so all our dinner and wedding activities and golfing were usaully 15 minute drives.

Great rental!
This house was perfect for us. Our large family, age 2 to 74, was together for 4 days for the wedding of my son. The house is spacious, with great outdoor space and multiple places to congregate. It is as pictured: good sized bedrooms, clean, great facilities. The views are excellent. I was concerned about noise from First Ave and Orange Grove, but there was none in the house. Very easy check in, with just a code on the door. Kitchen worked well with everything you might need. As I said, perfect for us!

Perfect vacation home!
Our stay at the Winston was an awesome experience! We planned to go to Arizona for a family get-together, coming from 3 different states. We had originally booked a place up in Pine, but because of the wildfires we had to look for another place last-minute. And were we lucky that happened cuz our stay at The Winston was above and beyond than a "last-minute solution". Kaela was our main contact and so easy to communicate with her during our whole stay. The house is beautiful, like a dessert oasis. Super clean, the decor is very inspiring, we were comfortable the whole time- it really felt like it was our own vacation home. We enjoyed cooking all our meals in the spacious kitchen and gathered and ate at the dining room. We all had a great time relaxing in the pool and the hot tub, with the beautiful dessert views, and watched the sunset from the balcony. We also made smores with the fire pit on our last night.. We hung out in the family room with a big TV and big comfy couch :) Then got restful sleep in the super comfy beds! Kaela even sent us recommendations for what to do in the area... We explored out to Mt Lemmon which was a short drive; but other than that we didn't really go anywhere else, as we enjoyed the house so much but the location was super convenient to everything :) I can go on and on how amazing our stay was.. but Yes, we'd definitely stay here again next time we have our family reunion. Thank you Kaela and Magic!!!
