Escape to this gorgeous, completely renovated townhouse located in one of Tucson's older and well-established communities. Here you'll find beautiful bamboo floors, updated appliances, and plenty of sleek designer touches both inside and out. Visiting chefs will adore the well-equipped, full kitchen with an induction cooktop, coffee bar with instant hot water, and stainless steel appliances. Settle into one of two living areas including a reading and TV nook off the kitchen as well as an inviting space in the rear with a flatscreen TV offering a variety of streaming services (don't forget your account info). One bedroom offers a desk workspace in case anyone needs to finish work or schooling. Outside, enjoy a peaceful front courtyard as well as a covered and furnished back patio with a gas grill and Catalina Mountain views. Guests will also enjoy access to two shared pools, which are heated throughout the year, a large sauna, and a workout room with basic gym equipment.

In the clubhouse, guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a library, and a piano. There is also an office in the clubhouse that has computer desks, printers, and WiFi access in case you need to work remotely and needed a printer. There's also an electric car charger in the garage with a 220 outlet!

Udall Park is just south across Tanque Verde Road where you'll find sports courts, ballroom dancing, and a Friday farmer's market. If you need a break from the kitchen and want to sample some local cuisine, this home is within walking distance of several terrific restaurants and cafes including Zona ’78 Italian Bistro, Ha Long Bay (Vietnamese), Renee’s Organic Oven, Eclectic Cafe (Traditional American), Poco & Mom’s (New Mexican), Canyon’s Crown (British Pub), and Gusto (Italian). And for outdoor adventures, check out Sabino Canyon for hiking, cycling, and tram rides, just six miles north.
