Do not pass up this perfect Villa for your Tucson getaway. This desert oasis has been completely remodeled in 2022 featuring a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, dining table and breakfast bar, luxury adjustable split King bed and bedding, and a large easy access walk in shower and dual vanity sinks.

Located high above Tucson in the exclusive Starr Pass Resort community. This villa has views of the world class 27 hole Arnold Palmer Golf Course . You'll also be able to see the 5-Star J.W. Marriott Resort in the distance. Guests can enjoy access to a 75 foot heated olympic sized swimming pool with towel service, whirlpool, fitness center, basketball court adn tennis court just a short walk from the villa. Guests will also be able to enjoy the use of the 5-Star JW Marriott Resort pools Monday-Thursday. Free shuttles are available (or you can walk) to the 5-Star J.W. Marriott Resort where you may take advantage of their spa, shops (including a Starbucks), and award winning restaurants.

This villa is located minutes from Saguaro National Park, Tucson's Historic 4th Street, University of Arizona, Mission San Xavier del Bac and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

Burnout getaway
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and birthday getaway. We live in Tucson, so this is what is called a staycation. But the peacefulness and the setting allowed us to de-stress and we both left with motivation and direction. The location actually motivated us to find a similar property as our future home.

Great place in a great Tucson location
Excellent - nicely furnished unit with well equipped kitchen (could use a pizza cutter); the complimentary coffee pods were appreciated. Bathroom had all the amenities needed, and was roomy, as was the MBR. Outside seating was a nice touch and had great views. Quiet neighborhood. The track lighting over the dining table didn’t seem to work, nor did the track lighting near the fireplace. We made do without them as were gone most of the day. Could also use a side table or two to place drinks on while watching tv in the main living area. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend this property!

Super clean, very well stocked, beautiful view,great amenities.We golfed, used the pool ,went to the Marriott,had dinner and drinks at BBQ at the resort. Would highly this place. Mike answered my question quickly. Hope to come back!!!

Perfect small unit for just the 2 of us. Only complaint was, when the A/C / heat unit was on, it was very loud. Other than that, our stay at Star Pass was great. Unit was clean, upgraded, comfortable, and very well stocked.

My husband and I were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay in Tucson while we were visiting family. We took advantage of the location for some incredible hiking. There was nothing that was needed and nothing lacking. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband graduated from the UofA, hasn't been back ln 40 years so decided to go to Tucson for our anniversary. This was absolutely one of our favorites VRBO vacations. It had everything you could possibly want from being fully supplied to a fantastic view. The Catalina BBQ restaurant is right around the corner and sits on the golf course...fantastic food and view. A 10+

Just what I wanted
This was a getaway to open space, saguaros, and nature. The villa was just as advertised and lovely. My favorite spot was the patio at dawn and dusk. 10 javelinas came by one evening. Loved the pool and spa too

A Five Starr Pass Villa
My husband and I stayed the month of March at this Starr Pass villa. It was updated and very clean. It was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, along with many spices. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and lounge chairs as well. It was close to the pool and clubhouse and hiking was just a few minutes up the street. The golfing was fun and challenging, and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed every bit of our vacation time there. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic!
Coming from Mesa, we wanted to do some things in Southern Arizona and use Tucson as the hub. The condo is on the south end of the city and close to the 10, which was great for us. We arrived later Saturday evening, and it's a low light community, GPS had taking a turn behind the complex. We had issues figuring out the map on the phone and seeing some of the streets/signs due to the lack of lights. Called Mike, the owner, for assistance and he helped us out. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the greenbelt, golf course, and mountain was very peaceful. We even had javelinas visit us. Although we didn't use all the offerings at the condo, the kitchen appeared to be very well equipped for those staying longer. It was a very comfortable stay, and next time my husband and I want to spend more time south, we look forward to staying here again.

Ace of a Place
This villa is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It’s simple and classy, located across from a golf course where deer are often seen, and has wonderful amenities, including an efficient kitchen stocked with every type of dish, small appliance and utensil you can imagine. All this and there are still a few empty cupboards to store groceries. The owner is accessible and easy to work with. A resounding “A.”

Perfect Hidden Gem
What a great spot. We went down for UofA parent's weekend and found this condo. The place was spotless and appointed with everything you could want. Mike did a great job with this property. The other benefit is the access to hiking and the JW resort. It's a quick walk to grab a morning coffee or access to the pools. We will be back for sure!
