All rental properties in Bear Lake Reserve are responsible for paying a Resort Preservation Fee to Bear Lake Reserve. This fee will be $30/day (with the maximum fee per stay being $150 or 5 days) and will be charged upon checking in at Greeter’s Cottage. The Preservation Fee will go directly to supporting the demand and impact on the roads, common areas, trails, and overall club maintenance for major term capital items.
