"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!"

"Luxurious room. The only issue is that I use the stairs and discovered that all of the fire doors were open on every single floor. This means that no one would be able to escape that very large building. I reported it to the owner of my room and she said she would report it to management. "Room was good. Clean. The only downside of it was the extremely expensive parking charges. Normally any hotel we stayed in Peninsular the parking is under the hotel. We only need to bring the parking ticket to the Reception counter for validation upon check out, 0 charges. For the price of RM300 Plus a nite without breakfast is ok but at least don't make the customer pay for the parking.
