The house is located in the heart of the Montafon, above Schruns at about 1000m above sea level. Enjoy from there a, whether by day or night, unforgettable view of Schruns and the surrounding mountains, like the Hochjoch or the three towers. The country has a very modern and comfortable facilities, as there would be a luxury kitchen, a cozy fireplace in the living room + satellite TV, Internet access, 2 bathroom with shower and toilet, one with bathtub and double sink. In addition, the house has 2 large terraces with various wonderful views. All four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. With demand can still has a sofa bed in one of the rooms. It is about 500m to the Golm ski area, bus stop is about 70m away. In good snow conditions skiing is possible to the house. In the summer of motion mountain Golm shines with ideal hiking and trekking opportunities, and with its special attractions ropes course, Alpine Coaster, Flying Fox. All other cable cars (Silvretta Montafon, Gargellen ..) can be reached within 10 - 20 minutes.
