Updated and well appointed. Owner is in residence part of the year and has furnished the home accordingly with high quality items. The home features a 20' glass wall that opens to the great room as well as the large loft which brings the natural beauty & light of the forest indoors. This home is full of light even on the darkest winter days!

The great room features wood flooring, a slate tile hearth with a natural gas fireplace. There is a 58' plasma TV with blu ray and FireTV device. The dining area features a solid oak dining table that seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar. There is a fully stocked oak hutch with tasteful serving pieces. The kitchen features granite counter tops and newer stainless steel appliances including range with convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appropriate cooking gadgets, abundance of dishware; any gourmet chef would be pleased to cook here!

The upper loft is open to the front wall of windows and features a queen sofa sleeper and love seat and two twin size day beds and a 42" smart TV.

Two bedrooms downstairs; one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed. Guest bath features tub/shower combination with ample storage.

The master suite features built in pine dresser with drawers, lodge pole tables and entertainment console, large closet and additional cabinet storage, king size bed, 42"' Smart TV, and remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combination.

All bedrooms/living rooms have bluetooth and wifi HD TV's. Wifi thermostat to control heating with smart phone or computer, access to exterior perimeter Ring cameras provided during lease term to monitor weather conditions and wildlife.

There are large front/rear decks and 2 rear patios. One rear patio features large outdoor dining area with market lights, dining table with 8 chairs, umbrella and patio heater. Second rear patio features gathering chairs with natural gas fire pit. There is a gas BBQ and smaller dining area on side deck near kitchen. The private rear decking features additional outdoor living area with love seats, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

The home has an attached oversized 2 car garage with interior access and level drive way with parking for 3-4 cars (or a trailer/boat) and easy access in the winter.

Tahoe Donner guest passes for access to all Tahoe Donner amenities are provided. Guest passes for 8 adults and there are daily fees for use. Visit the Tahoe Donner website for information.

Owner has severe cat allergies so no cats allowed, however, dogs are welcome with an additional $30 per day fee and they must be crated if left alone in the home.

A signed rental agreement by all occupants is required.
