The adorable 3BR/2.5BA home and surrounding tall pines greet you as you pull into the driveway with room for the cars.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy a bright and sunny feel from the huge picture windows and an amber glow from the soaring pine ceilings in the living room. Fire up the wood-burning stove and settle in for movies on the 42-inch TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen allows you to flex your cooking muscles thanks to full-size appliances and plenty of counter space. Gather for meals around the six-person dining table. Pour a glass of wine from the bar cart before you sit down.
BEDR & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms and a loft area with a desk and futon.
Private and quiet, the upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and 36-inch TV. Curl up in the corner armchair with your favorite book. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a deep jetted tub, and a large walk-in shower.
Great for kids, the third bedroom offers two twin beds and an oversized love seat. In the second bedroom, guests will rest easy in the queen bed. Next to the bedrooms, a full bath offers a tiled tub/shower combination.
A half bathroom provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
Out on the back deck, you'll find a gas grill and stairs down to the pretty backyard teeming with pines.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. There is parking for four cars (two in the driveway and two in the garage). Extra firewood is stored in the garage.
This home has a steep, downward-sloping driveway. 4WD and chains/snow tires are required to park in the driveway during the winter. We cannot assist with stuck vehicles, rather you will need to contact an outside towing vendor.
The on-site hot tub is currently not available for guest use.

THE LOCATION
Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of six guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Enjoy incredible amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. You'll also enjoy a plethora of fantastic public amenities. Discover the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
