"I traveled with my sisters and brother-in-law. All of us are seniors (over 62). The house was clean, spacious and had a nice back patio and yard. Location was good if you like privacy and quiet. Like living in the forest away from town, yet just a short drive to downtown. We loved it. I would go back. "

"The studio was just like the listing stated. The A/C worked well on a hot day (98*). Beautiful stars at night. We'd stay here again. "

"The house is spacious, with four decks and lovely outdoor space. There is neighbors, you see as you pull in, but once at the property you feel miles away and secluded. I loved drinking my coffee watching the birds and rabbits in the meadow, and natural spring. While the linens and beds could use updating, the magical atmosphere helped me forget about all that. "

Other than that, BBQ was cool, common areas were really nice and spacious, and the location is a nice getaway close to the Lake."

"We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation here mid July. Kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Pool table was fun. It was super to be so close to the river to use our stand up paddle boards for some river adventures. We had an outing to Lewiston Lake for kayaking and fly fishing which was so fun. The large outdoor yard was great for lawn games and lounging in our hammock hung between the trees. The sleeping arrangements accommodated our group fairly well except for one glitch with a...

"Owner was local and very helpful when questions had arisen. Beautiful cabin and very comfy interior. Despite the cold weather, the heaters worked wonders and kept the house warm even after being turned off. Wonderful scenery and quiet area. Lots of nearby deer. "The location and size of the house was great. There are many toys and activities for all ages. It was close to Shasta Lake, Caverns, hiking, and Redding. There fires and smoke in area, but this is not the fault of the hosts. Just bad luck. I would come here again."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms and great price. This trip a bomb cyclone hit the NW and we ended up snowed in and had to stay and extra night. No restaurants in town were open. Downside of hotel was no food available and room doesn’t have comfortable sitting area when one has to stay inside all day. Hard to watch tv all day in bed.
